Delivery: We deliver to Monroe, Ontario, and Livingston, NY counties. Contact us for a quote outside these counties.

– All rentals are cleaned before delivery
– Rental agreement provided during delivery
– Surface Type: Our staff will always assume grass set up unless you tell us otherwise beforehand so we can supply the proper equipment. You can specify the surface type during checkout. Please note that we do not set up bounce houses on gravel surfaces.
– Distance to Vehicle Access: During checkout, please indicate the distance in feet from the bounce house location to the nearest vehicle access point. This helps our delivery team plan for a smooth setup and pickup. Providing an accurate distance ensures a hassle-free rental experience.
